So I went to refill my birth control yesterday because I need a new pack today and I was told I'm out of refills. What?!?! The doctor only wrote me a 6 month script. I know I should have paid attention but it's always been for a year ever since I started taking it. So I don't have any until whenever it gets filled sometime tomorrow. Any ideas on how long I should use back up method if I miss 1.5 days? I'm on progesterone only and I'm not breastfeeding anymore.

    I would say at least 7+ days. 10 days to be safe.
