round ligament pain (nope, not the wrong board!)

Does anyone else still experience something like round ligament pain? I swear it just came back a week or two ago. Not crazy bad like when I was pregnant, but it hurts. I don't know what to make of it!

  • I get sharp pains if I lift too much. I chalked it up to my c-section. Who knows what it is.

I also get muscle twitches or spasms that feel like a 20 week kick. So strange!

  • I've gotten a few twinges of pain. Nothing like when I was pregnant but I am getting up and down and carrying a freaking 19 lb human around in very strange positions all the time. It would make sense that I'd get sore.....plus my core is absolutely SHOT right now.

  • I get ovarian cysts that can feel kind of like RLP.  Maybe that?

TTC since May 2006. After 3 failed Clomid cycles, 2 failed Injectibles/IUIs, 2 failed IVFs and 1 failed FET, we moved on to adoption!

  • So I'm not the only one... interesting. Mine is between where my torso meets my leg. I really need to get some exercise so maybe that would help.

    Yes. Ovulation hurts now.

  • I just put it together that the pain started when I stopped taking the mini pill (not to get KU; just thought it might be the source of some other side effects). I've also had back cramps but no period since June 2012... maybe I will go back to taking the pill.

  • My doc told me that tendons and ligaments take much longer heal and go back yo normal. It can take up to a couple years for it to go back normal. He mentioned this to me when I asked about tenderness at my epidural sight.

That makes sense. It would also explain the back pain that I get after putting DS to bed in the MOTN.
