When my son was having a ton of gas issues I tried it. It really helped get gas out. It was worth every penny to give a little relief to a constantly screaming 3 week old. I would have never tried it except for the face that I got it as a gift.
It is funny. I never thought I would use it, but after a few days filled with screaming I would have done anything. @staebells it's a tube that you stick up the baby's butt and it helps get the gas out.
Haha! My DH would think I was insane if I did that! He thinks the NoseFrida is torture for my LO, but I love it. I want to buy it now, simply to tell my DH how it works, and that I'm going to use it!
We've used them when LO had horrifically painful gas and it makes a swish noise after you massage their bellies then stick it in their bum. Works wonders to relieve the belly pressure.

My cousin swears by it. Her son was the most colicky baby I've ever heard of. He screamed night and day for three months straight. She was at her wits end. Poor thing just didn't understand how to fart. She tried the windy and she said she would literally watch his abdomen deflate like a balloon. And he slept and slept and slept. When he turned 6 months he finally learned how to fart on his own, and the windy was no longer needed.
I bought some but it turned out E was in pain from reflux, not gas. It did seem to get some gas out though, even though he wasn't really gassy. They have great reviews on Amazon and are a lot cheaper.
