  I haven't taken it for breast milk.  But i took it after abdominal surgery and it gave me AWFUL panic attacks.  I hope you can get it figured out.  Good Luck

  A lot of ladies on here use domperidone to increase milk supply because it doesn't cross the blood-brain barrier and has fewer side effects than reglan. I used it for about 9 months with no side effects, and it increased my supply enough that I didn't have to supplement. I ordered mine from inhousepharmacy.biz.
