I would use it if it tells me something that other things don't like medical diagnosis purposes but just for keepsake ewwwwwwwww. I don't think I can even handle saving a standard umbilical cord.
I've always assumed people who have items like this or the very lifelike dolls made are often doing it as a memorial to a lost baby, perhaps they are very tactile and it helps them cope emotionally to have something to hold?
I could understand that logic, and with a price tag as high as it is, I would imagine that in reality that is mainly what these are for. However, I do still think from looking at the final result that it is a little off putting
