Baby Zantac acid reflux meds

My baby got prescribed this and will NOT swallow it. She spits it right out every time, I tasted the stuff myself and it is disgusting! I don't think my pharmacy will flavor it since it's already flavored mint but I'm not sure. Any tricks you know that I can try to get her to swallow it? Can I put it in a bottle with an ounce of breastmilk?

    Our doctor said to put it in the fridge and that will take some of the taste away.

    My LO hates it too! I don't understand why they don't make it flavored. I did mix it with an ounce of breast milk a few times. I'm not sure if we shouldn't do that or not. But after 5 days of being on it he's been much better.

    I put it in a medicine syringe and squirt it into the back corner of his mouth a little bit at a time.

    This is what we do as well. She doesn't love it but she will take it.
