Well, it was going to be goat cheese stuffed roast chicken...but then I took a two hour nap. So now it's some sort of takeout and the chicken is moved to Monday.

Super simple
1# ground meat(we've used chicken and ground beef) that has been browned.

1-1# bag of frozen mixed vegetables

1-10 oz can of cream of mushroom soup

Shredded Cheese

1/2 bag of tator tots

Preheat oven to 375
Mix veggies,soup and browned meat. Pour into greased casserole dish or dutch oven is what I use for 1 dish cooking. Bake at 375 for 1/2hr covered, then bake 1/2 hr uncovered and voila! Tator tot casserole!
