Xp my horrible day and re update

Well the day started out like any other Friday I took a pg test. In less then 3 mins a line appeared and I am pretty sure my heart stopped. I then had a major panic attack to the point I had to take a pill.
I then showered while trying to not lose my mind. Got out called OB and demanded a stat HCG and told the np I was flipping out. I proceeded to drive to the hospital got my test then went up to the re.
Checked in then waited an hour and a half and then waited 20 more mins in the room. But while waiting I found out HCG was negative que relief. Next emotion wanting to strangle the makers of wondfo.
Re comes in we chat and she leaves to go discuss with residents. Comes back and informs me I have a cyst the size of my ovary that is producing estrogen. So this is why my estrogen is so high she thinks and why I feel like I am about to have an egg retrieval. So why didn't the NP know this or bring it to my gyn?
Then she says that she thinks I am not ovulating and that my progesterone is very low so she is going to test a bunch of bloods and do another u/s. And the best part an endo biopsy, out of everything that has ever been done to me this is by far the worst procedure.
And then the bank called to say I wrote a check on the wrong account and my alarm went off and the police came and then gave me a hard time about my license.
And I missed an interview because re was so late.

Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born.
6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived
10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP
