  @stephcarter- thanks I wore the pantsuit. I think it went well. I got a call for another interview this week another healthcare org. I was trying to getout of industry oh well its a tough job market

  I have my first on site interview in 3.5 years on Tuesday! It's for a project manager position at a health care company also. Is a dress ok for me? I found this yesterday and it gave a lot of options! I really don't want to wear a suit...

  Haha definitely not. Something very professional looking. That link gave me some good ideas. I'm going to find something this weekend since I don't really have much professional attire that fits my current body. I haven't had a job in 2 years!

  It's a navy dress and cardigan (not black.) So I wouldn't do black shoes, I'd have to do navy, right? (Also don't have any black pumps, just flats.) Navy pumps are hard to find!

  I LOVE the dress (I want to buy it, NOW) and the accessories but I am not crazy about the shoes.  Do you have black pumps?  Even a pop of color would be nice depending on the shoe.
  
  Thanks! Burlington had such cute dress options! I tried a bunch of belted ones on but sizing was not in my favor. Womp womp. This one was the most flattering and in the size I needed. I have huge hips, but the belt makes my waste look extremely small from the side.

  Nope. I might just check Shoe Carnival tomorrow since it's around the corner and they always have good, less expensive options.

  I would if its a hospital interview they can be somewhat traditional and expect hose wear a really sheer nude and good luck

  I'd wear hose. If the person interviewing is older they will feel hose is appropriate. If the person is younger they won't care. After you are in the workplace you can Guage the
