  I wonder too because it says you can start at 9 months and wayy cheaper!!!

  We used it for DD1. It's like their 3rd stage of formula, and meant for toddlers, if I'm remembering right. Regular Enfamil is their 1st stage formula for newborns up to about 6 months. Then they had Enfapro, which is their 2nd stage formula for babies between 6 months and a year. After that was Enfagrow for toddlers. It's kind of like a nutritional supplement. However, that was almost 6 years ago, so they may have changed things. We liked it though.   SIL used it for a while I think, she said there was basically no difference except like one or two vitamin amounts.
