Getting old sucks

I was just walking around in the plant at work and see this 20-something guy we hired last year.  He's such a cutie.  But then I remind myself that I could be his mother.  I don't feel like I'm in my 40s!  And it seems most of the guys I know my own age LOOK like they are at least in their 40s.  Of course, in the area I live hunting, fishing, and drinking beer a lot are favorite pastimes for many.  That shit sure ages you quick!

Anyone else looking for a boyfriend in their 20s?  I can hook you up with a cute one!!

    I have about 6 months left of my 20s, but I don't want to date a 20 something :) In a way I'm looking forward to my 30s, it's my new beginning.

    lol. I don't want to date a 20 something either. And around here I'm not so sure about the 40 somethings either.  :D

    I don't think a 20 something could handle me. ;D LOL

    But I do have a very awesome BF who is in his 30s and is sexy as hell, so I can't imagine even having a wandering eye. LOL  But then again, sometimes I don't believe I'm human...

    Oh lord no.  My XH was 9 years younger than me.  Relationships with younger guys and sometimes guys my own age just don't work very well.

    I am 29 and haven't dated a guy in his 20s since I was 23... is that weird? I don't like them creepy-old, but I do prefer about a 6 yr difference.

    Not weird at all. I didn't date anyone for about 4-5 years before I met BD because the only people interested were either the kids who mistook me for a high schooler or men over 50.  I was once propositioned by a guy in his late 60's, he wanted to whisk me away to his horse farm in Scotland and marry me.  And I was like "A) you're married. B) by Scotland, do you mean southern Illinois? Because there is a BIG DIFFERENCE. and C) no. Just, no.

    When i was 19 i dated a twenty-eight year old. He broke up with me because we were getting to serious. I was 19 and pretty much a slut.

    Weirdly enough he still pops up wanting to hook up. Thankfully bf thinks its funny since i havent talked to the guy since i lived in oregon

    No judgement here. I hooked up with a 35 year old from my dads church when i was 20. It was disappointing cause he wasnt even good at sex.

    Typically that was why i was hooking up with older guys lmao! I used to tell my best friend xh was basically a virgin because all his partners had been one night stands and hed never been with someone long enough to get good at it.

    I used to date younger guys mostly because they were usually the ones interested. But they seemed to always be looking for some kind of drama or excitement. I've NEVER been able to date older guys. I can't stand for a guy to treat me like he's wiser and more mature than me.

    Those douches come in all ages.  The older, wiser, more mature men... They don't treat you like they're are wiser and more mature. They treat you how you would expect to be treated by a man like that.  Like you are the purpose of his being.
