Seamus has been around since the beginning and I was the one that kind of pushed him on her, he napped with her in her swing every single day, for 11 months.
I think the funniest things she does lately are when she does things that I do... Like saying excuse me, and oh my, and bad job! And using them all in the correct context and with SUCH emphasis. If I had wanted a soft spoken child... I certainly did not get one. It's amazing to see what she picks up and adds to her bag of tricks every day.
She calls him "Baby" and she must know where he is at all times. We got an additional "Seamus" to sub out in case of emergency, but she knows the difference
I love the story of the impostor Seamus. I got T a huge Mickey and Minnie from WalMart that was a Black Friday deal and they were pretty cheaply made. After a few days I realized how much she played with them and regretted not getting her something that would hold up better. So before she got too attached, and before she totally trashed them, I cleaned them up and returned them, then got her the actual Disney ones. So far so good, she doesn't seem to know the difference. But hearing your story I'm glad I didn't let her keep the old ones for long!
