Britax B Agile Stroller for infant

Is the Britax B Agile stroller safe to use with a newborn without the infant carrier if the seat is totally reclined?

    The seat lies very flat, we started putting DDin for walks at 3 weeks.

    The seat lays almost flat. We have one, but didn't buy it until DS was six months. I think it would be fine.

    Ok does the double stroller allow you to snap in two infant carseats? We are having twins and I would like the option to use the carseats if needed.

    Nope I am 99.9% sure that you can only do one car seat at a time.
