C section scar healing

So 2 weeks ago I had my second c section part of my new wound sits on my old wound. It's now healing nicely I would say but when I rub my fingers along ur part of my wound is hard and feels like there's a lump.
Im has anyone else experience this? Is it just where it's healing?

The lump feels like its underneath not that it's the wound raised .

Not really painful when touch just feels really hard

I remember mine having raised spots on the ends for a while but I wouldn't call them lumps- more like swelling/puffiness. I think it's worth a call to the Dr/nurse line. Not urgent but probably worth mentioning.

It's hard to describe how it feels. Very odd!

I'm also still very sensitive and little tender sometimes sore not sure if it's all just healing process x

After the tenderness goes away, you can do a deep massage in that area regularly, and (I'm told) it will help the scar tissue become softer. My doc recommended this about a tender spot I was having at the end of my scar after my RCS#1, but I couldn't bear the deep massage - it was and always is too tender.

I had that and my dr told me it was the tissue under the incision healing. It has completely gone away now for me at 3 months pp.
