We are still going here! Thanks @linzeek for keeping this going. It's nice to know I'm not alone in "still" breastfeeding. I hate having to defend my self to others. And I hate the look I sometimes get when someone says " wow, your still breastfeeding?!" My close family and friends are very supportive, it's just those random friends that I don't see often. And most of them don't have kids. But oh well. I believe what I'm doing is the right thing for Quinn and I.
She is almost always 3 times a day. Still doing the middle of the night one but she goes back to sleep so easily and then sleeps until 8 or 9 so I'll take it!
For the first time she fell and bumped her head pretty hard and scared herself and said milk and pulled on my shirt. I was glad she could tell me what she wanted and that I could comfort her.
Still going strong. LO still nurses many times a day (and night). My only annoyance is that she wants to nurse the minute we walk in the door in the afternoon and will throw herself on the floor if I try to go to the bathroom.
We have had a few of these instances @alinnjo and it was so nice to be able to nurse her and calm her down.
Still nursing 4x a day! The pedi gave us the ok to switch the milk in our house to whole milk but I haven't done that yet. Colby is gaining weight and growing right on his curve. I really am not feeling full anymore and nervous about my supply but can hear him gulping when nursing so I'm just going with it for now. Am I the only one that is feeling this way?
Still here! I really value my nursing time with Sawyer, it's the only quiet, snuggly time we get on a normal day. And even though my asshole pregnant co-worker told me, "you'll never get pregnant with #4 if you don't stop nursing #3, which you should have done MONTHS ago." I have no regrets and almost everyone else I know is supportive of my choice. Sidenote: I got pregnant with #2 while nursing #1.
@auroraloo Good for you for sticking with it! I had to supplement for all 3 of mine.

I never feel full, even the week that I dropped completely pumping at work. I was nervous for about a minute, then I thought about it - she's getting exactly what she needs, and has enough supplement from "real food". You're doing just fine mama.
We are still here. DS has been acting a little off with nursing. His sessions have become much shorter and after he's done he signs more then starts crying. I am not sure if I am drying up or what's going on. He is never upset more than about 10 seconds after his initial cry. We are still at 4 short sessions a day.
Still BFing here!! Not sure how I'll ever be able to stop, 'cause my lo is pretty addicted, (Lol!!) but I'll do it for as long as she needs/wants to. : )) NEVER thought I would be BFing this long, but kinda proud of myself. : ))
Still nursing on demand! I'm really content with it most of the time. She is clearly content. She's been sick so much lately that it has been a relief that she is still nursing so that I know she is getting hydration and nutrition when she isn't eating much else. Even when she threw up all day last week, she never got close to dehydrated since breastmilk metabolizes so quickly.

Holly, I never feel full anymore but the milk is there.
Squeeg, e has been impatient with the bedtime milk. Some days it's a real session; others I feel like he quits before a real letdown.
Rora, way to keep on keep in' on.
