Loved reading everyone's responses last week!

If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose?

How many constellations can you recognize?

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?

Re: Friday GTKY

  • If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose? Blue because it seems to be calming.

How many constellations can you recognize? 3, both dippers and O'Ryan.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)? Can't really think of anything right now. I live a pretty safe life. Lol!

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"? Never really thought about this before, good question. I believe I would go west. Even though it was a really hard journey it was worth it in the end. Plus I like road trips. :)

  • If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose? Green. Green = life to me. Trees, grass, etc.

How many constellations can you recognize? 4, but i dont know the name on the fourth, just the shape. Im the same with dippers and o'ryan.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)? Visiting India with two gals from college for a mutual college pal's wedding. Totally an environment I never expected.

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"? Go west! If my DH wanted to go, I would follow him and support him anywhere. :-)

  • If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose? Blue/green. My fav colour is purple but I tend to surround myself with blues and greens - I find them calm and comforting.

How many constellations can you recognize? 4, the dippers, O'Ryan and the one that looks like a "W" - the name escapes me right now.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)? I spent a summer modeling in Taiwan when I was 19. It was awful, but the experience made me a better person and was definitely an adventure! A more pleasant adventure was a month in Australia a few years ago with DH - amazing!

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay east".
    Go west!

Married August 20th, 2005 to the love of my life.

1st BFP August 6th, 2010. Missed MC discovered at 13 weeks.

    2nd BFP January 5th, 2011. Beautiful Harper born September 28th, 2011.

3rd BFP March 15th, 2013. Treated with methotrexate for ectopic pg at 7 weeks.

4th BFP August 2nd, 2013. Sweet Micah born sleeping at 21 weeks with full T13. 5th BFP July 1st, 2014. Praying for a healthy, full term rainbow!

  • If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose?
I would chose blues or greens. I don't think I would get tired of that.

How many constellations can you recognize?
Just the big dippers.  DH knows more, but I can never remember their names

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?
I moved in Australia after university. I had enough money for one month of rent. If I couldn't find a job, I had to come home. It was never crazy, but it definitely made me realize how much I could do on my own.

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?
I want to say I would go west, but I really do love the east coast :)

How many constellations can you recognize? 3 I think. The dippers and Orion's Belt.

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"? I would totally go West!

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?
Naked cliff jumping in Hawaii :)

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?

If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose? Blue, it's my favorite color.

How many constellations can you recognize? The Dippers.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)? Took a train ride from FL to CA when I was 21. I stopped at 6 cities including New Orleans for Mardi Gras. Definitely not a place to go by yourself, I met a nice family on the train and they looked out for me :)

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"? Go West, I grew up in LA.

If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose?  Blue, I love the cozy blue lights we put up at Christmas.

How many constellations can you recognize?  Probably 2

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?  I went to NYC to meet my ex-boyfriend for a weekend getaway.  He would be arriving hours later so to save money I researched the bus and subway routes, managed to catch the right bus and then the correct subways to get to the hotel by myself from the airport.  I was pretty proud of myself because it was a little confusing and scary at times (NYC subway is a little scarier than the nice big clean subways of DC that I was used to, I don't live there but visited a few times).

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?  I think west, based soley on the fact that west would be warmer.

  • If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose?
White. I love white. Everything else pops against it.

How many constellations can you recognize?
2? Maybe 3? MH is a science teacher and would probably be ashamed by my answer!

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?
Not much. Went to Mexico with DH when we were first married.

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?
Probably stay where I was. I don't enjoy change and am not brave enough to start over somewhere new. Even though I live on the west coast now and love it, I am not a big risk taker.

-I'm with Stefuge...white! I think it would be beautiful!

How many constellations can you recognize?
-I can recognize 3 but I can't seem to ever be able to find the little dipper :)

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?
-Well...I'd have to say singing in a cover band for a year when I was 20. It was a lot of fun and I got to meet some awesome people.

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?
-As much as I would like to say that I would take a risk and head west I'm pretty sure I would stay back east. I enjoy the comforts of home. I would probably just annoy everyone by complaining the whole trip anyway ;)

If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose? Orange. Because I love me some orange. It's nice and bright and fun. :)

How many constellations can you recognize? Uh...maybe like, three? Four? I've always wanted to learn more constellations but never took the time to learn. Now that DS is older and likes stars, maybe we'll start going out some nights and looking at the stars.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)? Riding the Texas Giant in 8th grade. I HATE roller coasters and thought I was going to die the entire time I was on that thing. I am not a very adventurous person, at all.

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"? Stay back east. Again - not adventurous. I'm a wuss.

I'm also on orange girl here!  It's so fun, bright and warm.  In reality though, blue would probably be better.  It's calming and has so many beautiful shades.

How many constellations can you recognize?
    3.  The dippers and Orion like everybody else.

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?
Junior year of college I went out of the country for the first time to...Morocco.  I went with my 2 best friends from Kindergarten.  We always talked about backpacking through Europe after high school graduation but that never happened.  My 2 friends were world travelers and one was living in Spain at the time.  I am not an adventurous person, very organized, type A, etc.  I don't speak Arabic or French.  We had no itinerary and just went from city to city when we felt like it for 2 weeks.  I still can't believe I did that.  Amazing but very unsafe at times!

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?
I would probably stay back east.  I don't like change.  I also love living on the East Coast.

  • If everything in the whole world were to be one color, what color would you choose?
The whole world in one color... I couldn't imagine. But if I had to choose I would probably say black. I just think black and grey pictures are beautiful and could be happy if I had to look at life in black and grey.

How many constellations can you recognize?
I LOVE the stars and constellations so I know tons! And the ones I don't know I google!

What is the most adventurous thing you have ever done (according to you)?
Me and my husband don't do many adventurous things. But we enjoy getting in the car and just driving with no destination, along the way we find hole in the wall restaurants and find the best foods! Those are my adventures!

If you were alive during Pioneer days, would you "go west" or "stay back east"?
I love being a NewYorker/ NewJersian, but if I had a choice I would go west! I want to go to California so bad. It was a dream of mine. But my husband doesn't want to leave Jersey without his parents.
