How can I get a poop stain out of my comforter??

I put my baby down on my bed while I was putting my shoes on. Next thing I knew, she had stained my white comforter. I've tried everything...washing, bleaching, oxyclean, etc. I can't get it out! Is there anything special I need to do to get baby's poop stain out of my comforter?

    Treat with an oxyclean paste. Leave overnight.

    Scrub & send through a HOT water cycle.

    Apply lemon juice liberally to area. Put it out in direct sunlight for a day.

    Sun it after it's been washed. This process removes stains from cloth diapers.
