Take a guess?

We have our A/S tomorrow!!!!!  Anyone want to take a guess as to the gender of our LO.  The picture of me in the purple was when I was pregnant with DS at 20 wks.  The second one in my pj's is me on Tues. 18w1d.  

Sorry it's side ways, not sure why I can't flip it, but Im excited to read your responses.

    I believe it's related to an old wives tale about how you're carrying. Carrying high or low or all out in front. I always thought they only really applied very late in pregnancy though.

    There is an old wives tale that says a with a girl you carry high and a boy you carry lower and wide.

    I see. Yes I have heard that, although I also thought that was for much later in your pregnancy. But then again, it's just my first, so what do I know! :)

    I fully support the use of HP gifs...this one is not really relevant, but was always one of my favorite lines from the books and movies....

    It took me awhile to come up with what the heck to say in response to your post. Nobody knows what you are having based on the size and location of your bump. I'm having twins, one is low and one is high...they are both girls. I am tall and not showing too much yet so you'd never know it's two, or what I'm having.

    I will play :) I think these posts are fun.

    I am going to guess girl. My coworker swears that she can tell what you are having just by looking at how you are carrying and she has a surprising success rate. I am going to guess girl? You look to be carrying higher this time around. Good luck at your ultrasound!

    Very well said, and I agree.  We do care, and we do want to hear about your sono (on the daily appointments threads)!

    But, if every single one of us started our own thread with a picture of our bump, it would get weird, redundant, and mighty boring around here VERY fast. Just think about it.


     


    Not to mention, today is Wednesday. There's that whole... HDBD thread floating around...
    AND a Wednesday appointment & a/s thread too....
