home cleaning services - tip?

We finally decided to try a home cleaning service. With both of us working FT with 1-1.5 hour commutes each way, cleaning the home has been on the back burner every since our DS came into the world. I'm really excited to have one less thing on my to-do list! For those that use a service, do you typically tip as well? Thanks!

Agreed.

Actually, we do 2 or 3 tips a year (to celebrate some Muslim holidays), but I think even just at Christmas in the western world would be fine.
