Anyone still bfing?

I am nursing just once in the mornings. And only the left side! Right side hasn't been used in weeks. Lol. I think that's strange.

We just cut the evening session last week.

Still bfing morning and night - but not for very long - I think he may be getting done.

We were doing just mornings until a few days ago. I think my supply was pretty much tanked, he wasn't really interested anymore, and we both are sick so it's hard for both to want to lay and do it. So we're officially done. I haven't offered it in a few days and he's just fine.

Still going all the time. We are not even close to weaning. I am not ready to completely wean, but I would like to drop down to just 2 or 3 sessions instead of this constant snacking. Anyone that is still nursing are your nipples soar like they were when you first started? For the last months my nipples have felt just as sensitive as they were when I first started.

we stopped at Thanksgiving. He really lost most interest around 8-9 months and never came back to it like all the books swore he would. It was more and more of a battle. When I was hospitalized and couldn't bf bc of meds I decided that was it...but I am very pleased with 13 months.

Luckily weaning was SUPER easy and I was very happy w my decision.

Last thing at night, first thing in the morning, maybe MOTN. I'd like to carry on, but am not loving my very irregular periods (three weeks on, one week off?) so might wean just so I can go back on the pill. Appt with gyn next week, so will chat then.

I dropped him to 2x/day since Jan 1st - first thing in the AM and around 4pm. He's not liking it. He still misses the midday session (used to be AM, 2pm, bedtime) even though he just finished lunch an hour earlier. I have been offering him smoothies instead which works when we are home, but if we are out he will be climbing up on me and pulling on my shirt. I can't believe this - he has done well with all the dropped sessions (all the way from 6x/day) - and it's been almost 2 weeks since the drop.

Yes. Morning, before nap and before bed. She doesn't seem close to weening but I'll keep going.

Twice a day. For morning and afternoon naps. Bed time feed was dropped mid dec. Overnight feed was dropped a week ago. We are still adjusting to that one.

Yep usually 3-4 times a day. My supply has dropped a lot since we've both been sick. I'm curious to see if that pushes him to start weaning or not.

He nurses to sleep all the time. He wouldn't know how to fall asleep without it really. I would say he nurses at least 7 times a day. I will never have the courage to wean him my self so I hope he does it on his own soon.

Still nursing first thing in the morning and before bed. If we're out during the day, he doesn't nurse, but if we're at home, he begs for it at least once more. I try not to give in, because I am SO ready to be done... but he isn't ready to wean.
