AF while EBF

Yes ik there's been posts about who had a visit from AF but I didn't see anything about after the first AF pp.. I got my period when LO was 4 months.. A little over a month ago. I'm jw everyone's experience after it returns.. Should it come regularly? Should I poas? Should I just throw out the idea of normalcy and accept it's gonna come whenever it wants and stay for however long it pleases? I have always been regular, ok bc, different kinds as well as with no bc

    My experience may be a bit strange, because I bled off and on for almost 10 weeks.  I stopped for about 6 or 7 days around my 4 week mark, and I thought I was done with my pp bleeding.  I then was having headaches and started bleeding, fairly heavily, again.  I then stopped, and was off and on again until about week 9 or 10.  At my 6 week appointment (which was at 7 weeks pp), I asked my midwife if she thought it was still pp bleeding.  I explained it all to her and she said she thought I'd had my period.  Because I was bleeding off and on for 3-4 weeks after that, I'm really not sure what it is.  I was sure that I'd have a regular period every month after that, but I haven't had any bleeding since, so I'm not sure.

    I've had 2. With the first being a 51 day cycle which isn't "normal" but my first cycle off the pill right before I got pregnant was 52 days so that may be normal for me. Ill have to see when the next comes. But just like all the previous threads conclusions, everyone's different and what happens to other may not happen to you. It can come regular now, it can stop for awhile again, you can get pregnant regardless of if you've had a pp AF since ovulation happens first. That being said I've taken 2 test since my first pp AF but I'm paranoid.

    Uhhhh, I EBF and I've been bleeding off and on since having LO. God knows where pp bleeding stopped, iud bleeding began and if/when there may have been an af mixed in there somewhere. I THINK I'm on my period now, but honestly, who knows. I doubt after having a baby that my bits will ever 100% figure themselves out.

    My normal cycle before getting pregnant was 55 days. I haven't had a period since 9/24/12. I still get EWM though.

    This is me... I got a period in October and have been bleeding lightly on and off since. I have an appointment on Friday because I'm worried that something isn't right.

    I agree it's going to be different for everyone. I stopped pp bleeding @ 6 weeks & had AF when lo was 4 months (I ebf).
    I poas last weekend because my cycles before pregnancy were VERY regular. Not pregnant :( & I'm 8 days late compared to my old cycles.....so, yeah idk.

    I'm scared, I haven't had a period since I got pg with my DD in May of 2011, and my periods were never regular before that.
