Do any of you have your LO's sleeping in a crib yet? We have a co-sleeper right beside our bed but he really has never slept well in it. A few times during the day I have put LO in his crib and he did not cry at all. Yesterday he napped in there for over an hour. That's huge because right now he won't sleep anywhere but on me.
I'm thinking I might try the crib tonight.
Also, if you do have LO in a crib in a separate room, do any of you use a video monitor?
TIA!!
Re: Too early?
We have a video monitor, but I use it mostly for the sound at night.

He's coming close to outgrowing to Moses basket so we'll have to think about him just sleeping in the crib soon.
I feel a little bad putting her in a bare crib on her back, but that's what is recommended and I want her to be safe. I can't wait until I can tuck her in under the covers with her stuffed animals!
We use the Summer audiovisual monitor, but very rarely use the video. I got the one with video mostly for when she gets a little older and starts trying to climb out of the crib, etc.
ETA: I'm very happy with the monitor so far.
The crib is in a separate room so we can close the door and keep the cats out, but still have the cats sleep with us at night so they don't feel left out.
