The waiting game sucks.

I was SO looking forward to my first post D&C AF because the RE said we could go ahead and start TTC again since we will be monitored. Well, I ended up in the hospital over New Years (part of the reason I haven't been posting, sorry!!) due to colitis from a c. diff infection that I got from all the antibiotics I took after my post D&C infection. I got AF last week but we can't TTC this month because 1)I'm still healing from my colitis and 2)I'm just not physically ready. Emotionally I am just, pissed off I guess. Like the MC and D&C weren't enough? I had to get colitis on top of that? Sorry for being a Debbie Downer today. On the bright side I have been eating a lot of potatoes lately and it made me think of you ladies :)

Dx PCOS February 2013 on Metformin 1500 mg
Met with RE October 2013, we've got a plan!
Surprise BFP on "break cycle" 10/12/13. EDD 6/17/14.
MMC discovered 11/25/13 at 10 weeks. D&C 11/27/13.
BFP 2/8/14 Beta#1: 176, Prog 18! Beta#2:335, Prog, 19.5!

    ((HUGS)) to you.  Sounds like a rough start to the year.  I hope you feel better and are on the mend to TTC again!

    I am SO sorry :( I've had C.diff before. Like you, I got it from too many antibiotics. I'm just glad they caught yours because doctors jacked me around and it took FIVE months and a nurse who was smart enough to order the correct STOOL sample !

    Sorry to hijack your thread. I've been there and it sucks and to have that on top of a loss, I cannot imagine.

    I'm sorry but this is so weird. I was diagnosed with diff c last week!! It was also from too much antibiotics from my stupid dermatologist! I hated the diagnosis and spending time in the hospital but it's great to start feeling better after feeling terrible for so long! I hope you start feeling better soon and can get back to baby making!

    @tache that is so weird! My doctor said there has been a huge influx of cases lately. @kc1212 , so sorry you had to go through this too, c diff sucks! Thanks everyone!
