Back Pain...??

So I'm only about 4 weeks PG but the past two nights I have had horrible back pain....had to sleep with a pillow under my legs too. I just thought it was way too early for back pain...??

I had some early back pain with abdominal cramps too but no bleeding so I didn't worry.

Your body: muscles, tendons, etc. is doing all sorts of funky things to get ready for baby. I've had nighttime aches and a bit of sciatica since before I knew I was even pregnant. I use a hot compress every night on my lower back and I'm going to ask my new OB, who is also an Osteopath, what stretching and exercises I can do to help with it. I'll post later what she says.

I have it too. This morning I turned the pulsating part on the shower head and let it just keep hitting my lower back it hurt so bad.

Hi Kaymee - I had back pain leading up to my BFP and also the past 2 days.

It looks like we got married a week apart and our babies will only be about a week and a half apart! Best of luck to you!
