Double stroller question

We are expecting LO #2 in July and I'm doing research on the best and most affordable side by side double strollers. My friend has a BOB revolution duallie, and I admit, it is wonderful. It's easier to maneuver than my single Graco troller. But I just don't know if I want to spend $450 plus graco infant seat adapter, and other accessories. I know it would be worth it. But, are there any other strollers that are similar in maneuverability but cheaper in cost? I don't go jogging, but I do walk a lot on rocky terrain.

    I bought the BOB revolution duallie on craigs list for about $300, totally worth it!  I do jog, but it's great on any terrain.  I use my single BOB as my only stroller when I had 1, it is very awkward to push the double around the mall.  I found I don't really need a double except for jogging, but I didn't get a sit and stand to use at stores.

    We looked at the Baby Jogger City Mini double and the BOB Duallie double. We settled on the City Mini since it moved so nicely. I was going to get the GT for the kids. However, we discovered my son refuses the stroller. I wear him everywhere, it's the only way to do it for him. So we waited to get the double. When we finally do get one we'll get the mini.

    I have the baby jogger city select. It was great for the newborn stage with the carseat adaptor but now that they are 10 months and 2.5yrs It is a pain in the ass to get in and out of my car. I did rent the baby jogger city mini while on vacation and like that as well and it is reasonable priced. I don't have any experience with new born stage for that stroller but I think by about 3 months you could just use it with out a carseat?

    They also have a car seat attachment for the city mini.

    @jllmb79  where did you rent a stroller?  and where were you on vacation?  I'd love to know more about this as we are hoping to travel this summer and would love to rent gear!

    I have the BOB duallie.  I only have one 12 month old but I bought it knowing I will eventually have another.  It is the BEST!  It pushes wonderfully and is such a smooth ride.  The only thing I do not love about it is that it is not convenient for travel.  I have the Britax B-Ready that I keep in my car for travel but always use the BOB when I am home.

    fusionbride we rented the stroller in Orlando for the week while we were visiting the Disney parks. We also rented full size cribs too.  www.abbf.com
