This check-in is not necessarily exercise-related - I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier and give up bad habits thanks to the motivation of pregnancy/new baby, so any kind of getting healthy is welcome here!
What did you do last week? 
What do you have planned for this week? 
What is your goal? 
QOTW: What would be the first thing you bought if you won the lottery?

@tttwalters - awesome job with the running, and I wish you luck convincing DH about the gym membership!
@Pitchslap - well done getting back to the gym - it's always hard to get back in the saddle after so long!  Happy to see you back :-)

  • What did you do last week?  Continued with the ab challenge and walked 5x last week.
    What do you have planned for this week? Ab Challenge, walking, up my water intake.
    What is your goal? Tone up and be healthy
    QOTW: What would be the first thing you bought if you won the lottery? A bigger vehicle.

  • What did you do last week? Went to he gym 3 times!!!  Took a spin class and did an arm and leg workout.  Abs and squat challenge as well.
    What do you have planned for this week? keeping up with the abs and squats.  We are leaving for vacation tomorrow for 10 days, so I'll try to make better choices as most of our meals will be out.
    What is your goal? Tone my tummy.
    QOTW: What would be the first thing you bought if you won the lottery?
    A new house and a nice new car.

  • Last week- continued to bust my butt with the workouts and be strict about my diet

    This week- marked my 15 days to weigh and measure. I've lost nothing. I've passed on pizza and brownies and busted my ass so hard that my stairs have become my arch nemesis. And I've lost nothing.

    Goal- I don't even know anymore.

    Lottery- a house. 4 bedrooms with an open floor plan and a big kitchen please.

    What did you do last week? running, abs and squats challenge and joined the gym! So I did some spinning classes and weights. What do you have planned for this week? more spinning classes, its been a year since I have been able to do them! What is your goal? pre pregnancy body if it still exists. QOTW: What would be the first thing you bought if you won the lottery? pay of our mortgage and shoes, lots of shoes!

  • Last week I kept up with the plank and squat challenge but I had an awful cold! So that's all I did. But the chicken broth diet made me lose another pound haha

    This week I have run twice! It's so fun to get back into running. I love it.

    My goal is to maintain the weight loss and tone up!

    I would buy a bigger house. I loved this house when we bought it last year but if we have a 2nd kid I have no idea where we will put anything! We already filled up this house.
