Is it okay to drink Boost or Ensure while pregnant?

Im just wondering if its safe to drink Ensure / Boost while your pregnant. If yes, what type should I get? There's "high in protein" and the "plus" ones.

i was 97 lbs 2 weeks ago and since the nausea and vomiting started, i wasn't sure if im losing more weight which might not be healthy for the baby

I drink boost high protein whenever I feel too queasy for a real meal. Have to get nutrition somehow.
