North Shore Pediatrician Recommendation?

I just got back from my son's 4 month checkup and I'm irked that his pediatrician recommended letting him cry it out at such a young age. I'm very anti-cry it out and would like to find a pediatrician who isn't going to side-eye me for that. Anyone have any leads?
