  Hiyo!  Another week, another week closer to spring/summer..  happy thoughts going out to all the IF ladies

  22 months TTC - no "official" diagnosis.

  Just finished all of our testing with the RE (MH dropped off SA this morning).  Now just waiting for a "let's make a plan" office visit.  All of the b/w and u/s were going "really great" per the RE, that is until last week's damn HSG which showed a partial blockage of the left tube.  The HSG in and of itself wasn't terrible, but the news sucked.  He said it wasn't spilling out well, and made me sit up, move around, and lay back down - used the words "slow spill".  I'm officially sad by this.  Then he began talking about laparoscopy and IVF (depending on SA) and I just shut off.  Now I have to wait until our next o/v to determine steps.  I'm desperate for a natural option, if anyone has one.  I'm still holding out hope that I'm one of the 15% of women who may have been "spasming" due to the catheter, or that my nerves caused a spasm/temporary blockage since I was so scared.. but I know I have to be realistic.

  Taking a break this month because I chose not to do another Clomid+trigger+TI cycle. We meet with the RE on the 23rd to get a new game plan together. I'm spotting and just waiting for the flood gates to open.

  New Plan: Reciprocal IVF, me as carrier wife's eggs. Just went through insurance and received partial approval, so my part will go through my IVF benefits and wife's part will be out of pocket. Now just finalizing finance plans to cover the oop costs.   This was supposed to be our last natural cycle, but the timing doesn't look good for me to be able to see the RE at the beggining of next cycle. It sucks. Looks like I may not have a baby in 2014
  
  My temp was super high on Saturday and I woke up yesterday with a fever. My temp was still up this morning so this chart is a complete bust.
  
  SO woke me up this morning for sex which never happens. It was nice. Also - Cough syrup = TONS of CM.

  @EMEJAY I'm sorry the timing of your cycles isn't working out for you. I had this problem over the holidays and its just an added annoying part of IF. 

  It's not that big of a deal - I'll be drinking margaritas in Mexico!!! I was more pissed in December when my RE was out of the office when I needed to go in for monitoring.

  I'm in my first 2WW trying since my MC.  I tested today at 11dpo and BFN.  I was pretty sure I was out anyway so I wasn't upset seeing a stark white test.  I'm still spotting and it is getting on my nerves.  I'm just ready for this cycle to be over with.  We are going to see the RE on Friday to get all my test results back (which were all fine) and hopefully next cycle we can do a trigger and progesterone.  I had an appt with my OB this past week for a follow up from my D&C, I discussed the spotting with him and he said it may just be my lining still isn't back to normal from my D&C but I am going to talk to the RE about it too.

  Update: well went to dr Friday and u/s showed the cyst was down to just under 1cm. So I just made the cut off! I am cd4 and day 4 of femara. We are doing a 10 day regimen.

  @KrissyLeighN - I'm sorry about the not so good HSG news. I was a "slow spiller" on my left side too. For me it turned out to be cysts on my tubes (both sides), but once they were removed we continued to try on our own for awhile. Hopefully your RE has a good plan to deal with your case!

  AFM: I'm still prepping for IVF#1. Two weeks of BCPs down, one to go. I started Lupron over the weekend and it's such a relief to have the first injections done (and no side effects yet either)! Now I can pretend that the stimming drugs will feel the same as the Lupron so at least there will be less anticipation fear :P

  How long have you been trying to conceive? I'm on cycle 10
  

  Do you have a diagnosis? If so; what is it?  I was dx with stage 2 Endo in 2011. I had a lap and was put on BCP until April 2013 when we were TTC. Since then, my Endo has come back and it's possibly stage 3 now (lap will confirm on Thursday)

  Are you currently doing any testing or treatment? I've had all of my blood work done; CD3, 7DPO, DH had an SA and I've had a HSG and HSN along with several u/s. Now I'm just waiting for Thursday to get here so I can get this lap and hysteroscopy over with and update our plan.

  Any updates? Not yet. Hopefully my surgery will go really well next week.

  I was supposed to make an appointment to see my RE to go over my test results two weeks ago.  I haven't called, and I don't know why.  I don't think I'm nervous.  It might be a touch of the blues kicking me in the pants right now.  I feel like I'll never O again, even though I know if I actually go see the RE, she can help with that.  Maybe I'm afraid to be more proactive about TTC?  I dunno.  But hey!  I've lost some weight.

  My big update is that today I was able to confirm that I ovulated on my own! I didn't think I would ever see a +OPK combined with a clear 3-day temp shift. 

  
  

  We were taking this cycle off because of a crappy canceled IUI cycle in December. I just wanted to get my mind right before cycling again. I wasn't going to temp and use OPKs this cycle, but I'm so glad I did. Regardless of whether I get a BFP on this cycle (currently 3DPO), I'm just grateful that my body worked right this month. Hopefully it's a new trend!
