We've had a lot of new mamas and mamas-to-be lately, so I thought maybe it was time for another GTKY!

1.  What part of Indiana do you live in?
2.  Are you TTC, expecting, have children already?
3.  What do you do for a living?
4.  Tell us a fun fact about yourself.

    1.  Originally from Kentucky, we lived in downtown Indy for 4.5 years and we've been in Avon for 1 year now.

    2.  We have a 2 yr. old son (Eli) and 1 month old daughter (Issy).  We will probably have more in the future - we are open to both more biological children or possibly adopting.

    3.  I mostly SAH, but every once in a while I do temporary jobs for several museums in the Indianapolis area.  My specialty is collections care - taking care of all the artifacts and making sure they are properly cared for, stored, displayed, and inventoried, etc.  I have also done tours, historic re-enacting, transcribe & digitize old documents, and develop programs.

    4.  I told DH on our first date that I never wanted children so if that was a priority for him, he shouldn't think about dating me.  :-)  Lucky for both of us, he changed my mind!

    1.  I live in Warsaw which is about 2.5 hours north of Indy or an hour west of Fort Wayne.  I'm originally from Pennsylvania but moved out here 10 (yikes!) years ago for college and never went back.
    2. I have a 4 (about to be 5) month old son Connor.  We'll probably have more... ask me when I'm a little further out :)
    3.  I also SAH, I plan to go back to work probably after all (however many that ends up being) our kids are in preschool/school.  I have a degree in Sociology and Psychology and worked at a Public Mental Health/Counseling company before C was born.
    4.  Fun fact... hmm... I love photography, I'd actually rather do that then get back into my degree field.  Right now I just take pictures for friends and family though.

    @ebd08 My family and I did revolutionary war re-enacting when I was a teen at a historical home back in Pennsylvania.  Do you have a certain time period you do?

    @MamaK818 I do late 1880s for one site and 1830s and Civil War for another.  When we lived in Kentucky I did 1810s.

    1. I am originally from New Hampshire, my DH from Fort Wayne, we both moved to the Indianapolis area in 2010!  Currently living in Camby.

    2. This is our first, we are very excited.

    3. I am a teller at a bank on the northside of Indy, we are both hoping I can eventually be a SAHM at some point in the near future.

    4. both my husband and I both knew on our very first date that we were meant for each other, 6 months later we were married =)

    4.  Extra digits run in my family... my grandma was born with 16 fingers!

    Indianapolis- southside area   2.  Are you TTC, expecting, have children already?
    We have an 18 month old son, and expecting son #2 in march
    3.  What do you do for a living?
    Been a SAHM since #1, but before that I worked child care downtown.
    4.  Tell us a fun fact about yourself.
    Grew up with my dad in the navy, then ended up marrying an army guy.

    I'm late to the party, but I'm joining in!

    1.  What part of Indiana do you live in?  I'm in East Central right now, but I grew up near Peru.
    2.  Are you TTC, expecting, have children already?  TTC.  Still.
    3.  What do you do for a living?  Read random studies I find on the internet. (I'm on disability)
    4.  Tell us a fun fact about yourself.  I was in the Peru Circus for several years! 
    Son: Jackson, 11/02/06, stillborn due to PPROM and IUGR. Over the next ten years we had 9 miscarriages from 8-14 weeks. On May 18, 2016 my daughter, Ridley, was born. We're OADNBC.

    1.What part of Indiana do you live in? Northwest of Indy by about 45 minutes, originally from southeast of Indy by about 30 minutes

     2.Are you TTC, expecting, have children already? We have a 17 month old son and one on the way coming July

     3. What do you do for a living? SAHM was previously a daycare provider on the south side of Indy.

     4.Tell us a fun fact about yourself. My arm got ripped out of socket between my junior and senior year of high school and I put it back into place myself, five years later I finally went to a specialist to fix the slipping and found out I had broken a bone when I first dislocated it.

    (I introduced a couple months ago and between holidays and a sick toddler haven't made it back over so hi again!)
