Clearly remembering to do this on Sunday night is almost beyond me.

How are you, mamas? Any funny stories this week? Challenges?

Are you making any plans with your SO for Valentine's Day? (Can you tell the only way I get through the winter after Christmas is thinking of the fun stuff later in the winter?)

Harper is doing well. She is 14 months old today! We aren't experiencing any new challenges. I just wish she would eat a little better than she is now. We taught her how to give "high five." It is the cutest thing ever. She is so smart. I love her so much.

No plans for Valentine's Day. I'm right there with ya though on finding things to look forward to! We probably won't do anything. Maybe we'll cook something nice for dinner.

High fives are the most adorable! Hope you're feeling better soon.

@bumgellica216- hope your cold goes away quickly and you are feeling better! That is so cute that you taught Harper to high five!

I'm doing good. Got a BFP this weekend so very excited and also so nervous. It's amazing how fast all those PGAL emotions come back. I'm really trying to stay positive and enjoy being pregnant as much as I can since if all goes well this will most likely be our last pregnancy since we are done after 2 kids.
Hannah is becoming more and more of a picky eater. I'm trying to convince myself it's just a phase! She is so darn cute so it's hard to get mad at her but I just worry that she isn't eating enough or getting enough nutrients. She does take most of her milk and loves fruit! But veggies and meat not so much.
No plans for Valentines Day. We usually don't 'celebrate' it but maybe dinner at home also.

DD just amazes me. She's this cute spunky little girl with blonde hair (my hair is like super dark brown) so I'm constantly raking my fingers through her hair and marveling over the blonde highlights. DH was a blonde baby but now has brown hair so I figure someday that blonde hair will change as well.

Challenges for me is doing double duty since DH recently had surgery and is on restriction from any lifting. So that means on top of being a working mom, I also do everything else including his chores. That also includes taking out the garbage and recycling. I also had to shovel the driveway on two occasions. Luckily, I got the snowblower to work when we had a blizzard last week. I'm so looking forward to when he is able to do stuff again.

This year we will have been together 20 years and married for 10, so Valentines Day is basically getting our favorite chocolates and gobble them up.

How are you, mamas? Any funny stories this week? Challenges?

Recovering. DS and I had a nasty cold this week. First him, then me. It's been a week filled with boogie noses, him waking gasping for air (drainage) in the MOTN, coughing so much our throats hurt, another double ear infection (him), laryngitis (me)...and neither of us being able to take anything worth beans to help it (he's too young, I'm pg). With DH deployed it was all on me to get us through it.

Highlights of the week would be that we are on the upswing. Finally. Also he said banana tonight and I think lightning (as in McQueen) as well. He has a severe speech delay and hasn't said a new word in a month, so this is a huge freaking deal.

Challenges: The cold and the eval he has on Thurs.

DH is deployed, so we can't make plans per se. I am planning on sending him a care package with some Valentines Day goodies in it. DS will do some lovely artwork as well...probably red finger paint in some configuration.

There's no way I'd remember on Sunday night, so don't worry about it

How are you, mamas? Any funny stories this week? Challenges? As far as DS goes, things are well. We had a good weekend and he spent the night with my parents on Saturday so that was a nice break for DH and myself.

Valentine's Day is DS' birthday and so we have kind of stopped doing anything "romantic", we usually get a card or something but that's about it. And this year it appears that DH has a baseball game (he is a coach, high school) on Valentine's Day so he will miss DS' birthday as well. Kinda sucks.

How are you, mamas? Any funny stories this week? Challenges? Things with DS are doing well. He's chatting more..so that makes me feel much better. I just wish I understood more of what he is saying. His new trick is taking his pants of, including his diaper, so I feel like I have to watch him constantly at nap & bed time.

Are you making any plans with your SO for Valentine's Day? Maybe dinner & a movie that week. Money is tight since DH is unemployed. It's been stressful.

We're doing good this week. Still working on getting DD to be more social. I think this is going to be a long term thing we're working. We've been going to an indoor play place at our mall that's been pretty good for her. She loves playing there by herself, but when ever another kid comes to play she gets shy and clingy and pretty much doesn't want to do anything. It's a work in progress...

I've had a major break through with getting DD to eat veggies lately. I got a food dehydrator for Christmas and I made fruit roll ups and put veggies in them. She has been gobbling them up!! I'm so excited because she's eaten more veggies in the past week than she has in months!

DH and I aren't really into valentines day. I'll probably make dinner for us, like usual. He might get me chocolate. Nothing fancy.
