Hi ladies, I've posted on here a couple of times before. I have an 11-month old son and I struggle daily with PPD/PPA. Most recently, I was hospitalized on New Year's even because my depression and anxiety were over the top.
One of the things that has helped me has been reading the experiences of other mothers. I have another friend who wrote very frankly about her experiences with PPD and PPA, and it really has helped me feel like I'm not alone. I talked about this with my therapist and she suggested that I write as well and share it with others.
So, I just wanted to share the link and spread the word that if you are struggling, you are NOT alone. So many of us have similar stories, and it's helpful to share them.
