I said very pregnant because I have a huge belly, but I'm generally at an acceptable level of comfort, provided that I'm home in yoga pants and dh's sweatshirt. Respectable clothing aren't comfortable in the least, but at least I have no major joint/back pains (yet).
I feel pretty normal too... There was a couple of days right after Christmas where I finally said "Wow, I am feeling pregnant". But, that feeling went away and am feeling normal again. I know I should be thankful, but a part of me always feels nervous when I feel "normal" too!
BFP: 12/3/15 EDD: 8/11/16 IT'S A BOY!!! MAXIMUS POWERS 8♥5♥16
I feel great except when I get up to pee at night. I can barely walk then. After I wake up more I'm fine but something about the middle of the night stiffness sucks.
Mostly good. I don't look or feel huge, though it is getting to be more of a PITA to do stuff like flip to the other side to sleep at night, and tie my shoes.
Very big, chronic sciatica since before Halloween, heartburn, acid reflux, and pain between my legs like I have had sex ALL night long without actually have done so!!!!

I generally feel very weak, achey and crappy all the time. I'm having a hard time walking and the contractions all day suck. That being said, it will all be worth it the day I hold my little guy.
My belly gets in the way and I have to really use my hands to support myself when getting up, but I generally feel great most of the time. Sleeping is just starting to get a bit uncomfortable... waking to shift with numb hands a few times a night, but thankfully no MOTN pee breaks yet!
Last time my back and ankles/feet got swollen and sore at the end... just waiting for that to happen again one of these days!
I said sometimes achy, sometimes normal... But let me tell you this weekend had been the worst. Wherever little man decided to position himself had made my lower back and pelvis kill! All weekend!
Seriously?! I get up at least 2x per night and have since I found out I was pregnant!
I'm attributing everything to two babies, but I'm definitely worn out. I'm fine if I sit in a chair, but walking or being on my feet for five minutes or more and I start to ache and my tummy tightens.
I'm still struggling with fatigue and some MS! It is better than it was, but I'm ready to be done with the MS. Also, my tummy gets really tight when I walk any reasonable distance. Baby kicks a lot, sometimes it's difficult to rest with all the action in my tummy!

@mooncusp22 me too, I felt very pregnant around Christmas, but it might have been all the food I had ingested
I feel ok, besides sometimes I try to do the same things I used to do before then realize I am not as fast/a bit more clumsy/get tired easily. But aside from this, I feel great!
I'm feeling pretty worn down. I've had sciatica, RLP, BH since around Halloween. I'm back to the 1st tri exhaustion/nausea and he kicks from about 1-3 so I don't sleep. 11ish more weeks...

if i was carrying two babies, i'm SURE i'd be up all night too!! you with your 2 is like me at the end of my singleton pregnancy... and i know i'll be up peeing at night in 10ish weeks from now
@MrsStanton87, the numb hands are due to baby/uterus pushing down on some major vein or artery or nerve (how's that for scientifically accurate?!) and causing the numbing feeling in arms and hands. I just roll around and reposition myself. Fortunately, the feeling totally goes away as soon as baby makes his/her grand exit!
I've been exhausted my entire pregnancy, and it's never improved. Now, lack of sleep is making it worse. Peeing, sore hips, baby kicking all night, and now a wonderful cold. It never ends.
At this point, having LO here and getting blocks of two hours of sleep sounds heavenly.
Also, although not on bed rest, I was told to avoid any strenuous activities (sorry DH!) because of occassional spotting issues throughout my pregnancy.
Right now everything feels very frustrating, but LO is worth it (however, if he would like to be a decent sleeper, his already tired beyond words mommy would really appreciate it).
