How much is safe; yogurt?

Hi girls. I've noticed yogurt pouches on sale at my local stores (all organic brands). And, I hesitated to pick any up because I'm unsure of "How much yogurt is TOO much yogurt?"lol. LO is 11 months old. She has had a few of the yogurt/smoothie pouches in the past. But, how much is safe in her diet? I can always wait to ask her pedi at her 1yr next month. But, just curious! =]

I have never heard of an unsafe amount of yogurt, but my son has 1 4oz Stoneyfield yogurt for breakfast daily and he's perfectly fine.

Here's some more info on the topic. One of the main reasons not to feed your baby milk before one is so that they still mostly drink BM or formula. There is no danger from yogurt or cheese unless there is a sensitivity involved. https://wholesomebabyfood.momtastic.com/tipYogurt.htm#.UsmQ5X-9KSM

My LO has yogurt almost everyday. She eats almost a whole 5 ounce cup..

My little one eats a lot of yogurt as well. She eats any flavor, any kind. She doesn't like the baby yogurt so she eats the same yogurt I eat as well.

LO has about 1/4 cup just about everyday with breakfast. We use Stonyfield whole milk plain. No issues here!

My son eats a concoction i make called "egg yogurt" every day for breakfast. It's one hard boiled egg yolk mixed with a few tablespoons of yogurt and some fruit on the side. Yogurt is one of his favorites.

Becareful to read ingredients as some contain honey as a sweetener
