    I am a redhead. I use to hate it but I LOVE it now :) Strangely DS is a blonde... like platinum. And DH is a dark brunette. I think DS's will change to an auburn color eventually.

    I've been dying my hair (red) for so long, I don't know what the natural color is. But it was blonde when I started.

    Same here. Dh and I both have really dark brown hair, and ds is blonde. Apparently Dh was blonde until he was 2 and FIL was blonde until he was 5. I kinda hope ds's stays blonde but the odds are but in his favor.

    This is me, too-- and everyone assumes I'm a natural redhead. People always ask me if I think my son will turn red, too and I'm always thinking "Not unless he pays for it!"

    My mother actually is a natural redhead, so that gives me some fake credibility.

    DH and I were both towheads, so I was really surprised that LO started out just sort of medium blond.

    Yeah. I definitely could not do that considering I only get my haircut every 6 months! 
    Auburn is much easier. That's my ongoing color in my avatar and I go in every 4-6 months. Depends on what color your roots are too, of course.

    Proud redhead here. My mom let me know that she spotted a couple grays the other day so maybe I should now consider myself "salt and ginger."
