The only thing that is helping me is drinking lemon water especially before I get out of bed in the morning and throughout the day. Also sniffing lemon. I still have it pretty bad though.
I have also been throwing up multiple time a day for the past two weeks (sickness for me started at 7 weeks), my friend just got me some preggie drops and suckers and they work wonders while I am at work. I think she got them at babies r us.
I second the jolly ranchers. I also drink lemon ginger tea and try to eat a little something when I begin to feel bad- mostly protein like nuts, trail mix, etc.
I got these organic lollipops that seem to help. I dont remember the name of them. Its in a red bag. Saltine crackers help, ginger ale, lemon water, just try to eat even a little bit every few hours. Ive found that if I go more than 5 or 6 hours I get sick.

When I was feeling it peppermint gum seemed to take the edge off!
And candy canes or those circular peppermint things you get at some reataurants. Peppermint helped me at work during christmas time. I had a stash of candy canes at my desk.

but seriously…. I've had them on for a day and i haven't thrown up once!!! I still feel somewhat queasy but not even CLOSE to the throwing up and feeling so sick all day!
With my first I was lucky and had no morning sickness, this time not so lucky! I noticed I'm the most sick when I'm hungry. I have a constant stash of goldfish next to my bed. I munch on some in the morning, and snack on a few at night. Also have some in my purse to munch on through the day. It seems to help me...Good Luck!
Tazo Refresh (peppermint) tea has helped me too. That and I'm living on Wheat Thins and ginger ale. One of my friends swears by Preggie Pops and I've held off on getting them because I despise the name but I think I may be breaking down and running to Walgreen's later today.

PSI bands don't really work for me, but I still wear them all the time - I figure it can't hurt. I got a chewable B6/B12/Folic Acid supplement at Whole Foods this morning, fingers crossed, I'm feeling pretty good right now and I'm nauseated all day, everyday. Good luck!
