Just curious how 'bundled' you get your children. Today it was about 30 degrees when we left the house and was 38 by the time we got home.
My DD didn't want her winter coat, just her thick hooded sweatshirt zip-up. I went outside and decided that was enough, we were just going in and out of the car and buildings. The other three moms we went out with all had their children in winter coats, hats, and gloves. Even when two of the moms said they were too hot in their winter coats and left them in the car they still bundled their children up, just curious if I'm the only one not bundling up their child.
Re: Bundling up
I live in one of the coldest places in the country and I don't bundle my kid up that much for day to day in and out stuff. Hat, mittens, Colombia fleece and a blanket on her in the carseat if she wants it.
If we're outside playing then yes, I bundle. Boots, snowpants, mittens, hat, warm down style/puffer coat.
I mean I don't bundle myself up that much for errands, why would I do it to my kid who's already naturally hot?
Most winter stuff isn't carseat safe anyways and I'm not about to take if off from the house to the garage, get in the carseat, put it all back on just to take it off in the store.
