Simon is pretty solidly into 18mo clothes. He has started to take independent steps now and then but mostly cruises furniture still. James will stand independently, but sees walking to be a waste of his time and prefers to crawl everywhere despite being fully capable of both cruising and walking -_- lol

Minimal cruising. Like a step or two at a time. And she will take steps if we hold her hands. But she's so good an scooting around on her butt that I don't think he's very motivated to try walking as an actual means of teansportation yet. And I think the bulky cloth diapers will make it difficult for her, so odds are she will be a late-ish walker.
We can take a bunch of steps walking and even turn in a different directions but he still is faster at crawling. As soon as he goes down on his butt, he finishes out where he is trying to go by crawling.
We're still working on standing. He also army crawls for the most part, which I'm ok with.
Everett army crawled as his preferred way of getting around, but in the beginning of December he decided to get on all 4's and off he went. Two weeks later, he took his first steps. Crazy how quick they change gears!
I am sorry I neglected to add that option it won't let me edit the poll options
LOL! No worries! I bet all you ladies are jealous that I can still put the baby down and take a shower and come back and she's still where I left her! (Starting to get a bit concerned though... Although, my mom tells me I didn't walk until 15.5 mos)
I voted steady cruising- DS basically runs along side my furniture using just one hand. He's taken 2-3 very small baby steps 2-3x this week so I'm sure he'll be walking independently soon!!!!

My DD didn't crawl until late either. Cut she went from crawling to running in the same week. I wouldn't worry too much yet but as always, trust your mommy gut!
No crawling or scooting at all. He has been cruising holding my hands for two months. Now he's down to just holding a couple fingers. He started cruising on the furniture recently but I have to make him do it. He just HAS to be touching me at all times.
Drew will take 8-10 steps then decide that it's taking too long to get where he wants to go and get down and crawl. He's fully capable, just would rather move more quickly.
