Natural Calm?

Anyone use Natural Calm? I just ordered some and am hoping it is worth it. I was on prometrium and have been dealing with extreme constipation (I am 7 wks). I have had to use an enema 2x in the last 12 days. I just want some relief and hoping the natural calm helps. So far, diet, water, Miralax, and Colace are not working.

    I've used it from time to time. I usually take a tablespoon in warm water and repeat every 8 hours until I get relief. Then I "maintain" with a teaspoon twice a day for a while. It has never not worked for me.

    I started using it around week 30 of my first PG and LOOOOOVED it. MW recommended it for decreasing stress, and helping with sleep. It was wonderful. I took it every night and it cured my restless legs, calmed my mind, and I slept like a baby those last weeks of my PG.  



    (yes, it also kept me regular, though it wasn't a problem before.)

    Now I make my DH take it before bedtime (he has TERRIBLE restless legs) and take it occasionally when I am feeling extra stress. :)

    I'm a fan. Helpful for constipation and for mood. 
    Mom to 5 wonderful kids: 18ds, 15ds, 13ds, 11dd and baby boy! Why get old when you can get pregnant?

    My midwives also recommended this for me. I ordered it and am hoping it arrives soon. From what I understand, it has the potential to help with a number of things, so I'm looking forward to giving it a try!

    I took this pre-pregnancy for migraine relief and have continued to take it for migraines, leg cramps, and help sleeping. It seems to help, especially if I take it regularly. Staying "regular" hasn't been an issue for me, but that could be because I've been taking this. BTW, I buy the generic kind from vitacost, it's cheaper and works just as well!
