What else could it be- TMI and feeling dumb

Ok, so after failed FET and BFN on Dec 6, 8 day period starting Dec 11 and setting ovulation to Dec 25, I should have started period Tuesday or Wednesday this past week. I am normally at least a day early but never ever late. So here I am, day three no period, but have been having very scant brown discharge in mornings and sometimes later in day but nothing very significant. First day I had it I just assumed period was here and early. Hubs and I DTD night of Monday Dec 23rd- but that morning he had made his deposit for SA, and we have severe MFI ( he had highest reading in years at 3 mill). About a week later all my taste buds went wonky and I hated everything I normally like and liked things I normally do not. By now normally have backache and bad cramps- I have zero other symptoms except coming down with cold dd gave me or one of my kids at preschool gave me. So my question is- I know not pregnant (took last internet cheapie yesterday- BFN), what the heck is going on? My only real stress has been last few days with retarded extra money have to find for IVF, but holidays were a breeze and even mil was nice- so I don't think stress delay, never have had that either and that being after serious stress. Just trying to see if I need to get checked out or maybe body still recovering from failed FET? Hubs keeps asking me if period started yet and I just want it to come already bc I can tell his hopes are, against ALL odds, up. Just another eff you from the universe.

    I think your body is just "stuck" and maybe still in shock from all the FET stuff?

    You could always do what I do - take another pregnancy test - I always start after I take those - never fails :-<

    After my last iui cycle I had a 50 day cycle! Had to jump start it with provera. I don't know if our bodies get all nutso after medication or what.

    TTC for 1.5 years with a crappy RE. 12 cycles with clomid (11 too many)
    New RE, 3 failed IUI's moving to IVF with ICSI
    IVF#1 BFP EDD 1/10/13
    Beta#1 51  Beta #2 148
    A/S 8/20/13 Team Pink
    Induced week 39 due to severe GD
    Baby girl born 1/4/13

           TTC #2 2 failed IUI's moving on to FET 3/2014

    True, nothing else works quite as well to jump start old AF like spending time and energy to get a test, being in suspense for fmu, putting it in stream and then getting that gush of bright red during the wait window and then look at test to see this :

    Ugh dang bodies need to get the memo! Maybe a dumb question, but did you track ovulation? Any chance it was later than you thought?

    Two DDs 10/08 and 08/10, no primary IF
    TTC #3 since 10/2011 - dx unexplained/weak ovulation
     3 BFN clomid + TI cycles, 5 BFN clomid/gonal f IUIs, 1 mmc IUI
    2/19/2014 IVF #1 Unexpected low E2 (oversuppressed) -> increased to max doses = 3 or 4 follicles, converting to IUI
    BFFP Saw 1 beautiful heartbeat at 6w6d, follow up u/s at 9w showed mmc. Eff this.
    NTNP 5/2014-9/2014, OPKs and TI 10/2014 - 1/2015. 
    RPL testing all normal, AFC, AMH, and FSH all normal. 
    IVF 1.2 1/22/2014 natural cycle start, AFC 28, 300 gonal f/150menopur. 
    ER 2/3/15 14R 8M 3F w/ICSI Day 5 transfer on 2/8/15 of one "Grade A+" blast and have TWO frosties!

    Hahahahahahaha! Went out to pick up prescription, bought pregnancy test, just went to use restroom and AF was screaming at me! Ok, so that was weird, but after months of crazy theories and testing, I got one right KC1212!!!

    It's ok, was totally expecting AF, was just scared that I was going to have ANOTHER medical issue on top of infertility! I've had ectopic before, I get scared. YEAY AF! For now.... @-)
