I love that she LOVES to read, like me. She goes into bed at 7, just so she can read in peace. And she reads until 8pm, when I make her turn off her lights. Typically in this time frame she's read an entire chapter book. She's a fast reader, and her love of books thrills me.
And the other big thing I can think of is her manners. I've drilled "thank you", "please" (etc) into her since she was little, and I love that now at 7 she says all of these things without needing prompting.
Something in specific is that he's really sweet. He hugs everything & by everything, I mean everything, his straw cup, remote, food, etc, etc. He'll just give the sweetest smile & wrap his arms around whatever he sees fit at any given moment. It's adorable.
My DS says "bye, see ya, love you!" to the show cat in the hat in the morning.
Another everything here. All though this week he has been tough. If that dang tooth would just cut through.
@Chapter, my Mom and I are both readers too! Funny childhood story; In second grade I read a Danielle Steel novel while on a family road trip. I'd brought a bunch of books and was in the back seat of our van, so she didn't realize it until I'd finished it. Good old Danielle!
DS is a super show off attention hog. It's pretty adorable how he will preform. The other day after swim class he had me lay his towel out. He laid on it, crossed his legs and said, "Ahh.... I'm so awesome." I don't know where he gets his material but it is actually awesome.

Our kids should get together. My DD does the same thing. She's so cuddly and giggles a LOT.
The look in his eyes when he thinks he's being clever or funny. It's like looking in a mirror. I never thought I'd see so much of myself in him already.
Based on what I hear from other parents, I love that he's always been flexible. He couldn't care less whether we have a routine or if things have to change at the last minute.
@M&MHaveMyHeart that's too cute!! My DD gives the dog tons of hugs. This morning he was laying on his back with his paws up and she climbed on top and hugged him silly. I was going to post a picture but it sort of looks like she's humping him. LOL
Re: Name something SPECIFIC you love about your LO.

Seriously though, I love his laugh! He is such a serious dude, he smiles all the time but a nice belly laugh is a rare occurrence.
