Going to L&D for assessment :-( Update

*Update* So the pessary has been removed and I'm 2cm dilated, but still have some length to the cervix. No membranes bulging, and still no contractions. They're going to keep me in hospital for observation at least over the weekend, but nothing seems too imminent. I'm 30+3 today, so hopefully we hang on for a while yet! Thanks for all the kind thoughts!*

Had an U/S today and it looks like I am displayed enough that my pessary has actually migrated up through my cervix and into my uterus (Not Good!!). Plus there seems to be a bulge of membranes, so I'm going up to L&D to get checked out.

I don't think I'll be going home anytime soon. But the good news is that both babies are head down right now, so maybe they'll cooperate for a vaginal delivery.

Kind of freaking out. :-((
