I am currently a SAHM and love it but think I'd like to find something part-time - 2 days a week max, or work from home. However, it is almost impossible to find something with that schedule that pays well enough to be worth it. Any ideas/suggestions? I have an B.S. in Elementary Education and Master's in Sport & Exercise Management. I've spent most of my professional career working as an advisor at a university and would LOVE to do it part-time, but unfortunately, the universities around me don't offer PT. Thanks!
What about working as an adjunct instructor at a community college (they have a more relaxed/part-timish schedule), I work in higher ed administration too! Maybe also you could contact the local universities to see if they would be willing to make a full time position a part time position, it saves them money and with the economy these days they might be more flexible. I just got my request to go from full time to part time approved today.
