My drink of choice is a Hot chocolate in this cold weather.

I slept great!

I see my Dr. again tomorrow and nst. I hope to get more of a date for my section. I am actually nervous to go into labor then have a section. I rather just have a relax section and go in not in labor to have it done. I am nervous about progressing fast and having to do an emergent section.

Dogs actually make me nervous. I have been bit before. I can't handle small dogs. I actually got bit in the face my a small dog. I don't mind big dogs but some made me nervous and I do not like when they jump on me or if they seem like a timid dog.

Lol ice chips not really
I slept okay but ended up waking up at 4 and didn't go back to sleep until 6.
I'm in L&D. I got an appt after a cancellation. At first dr was like well maybe we will take the cerclage out at 38 weeks but I'll check you out first. Good thing...I'm 5-6cm dilated with the cerclage in, so now I'm here waiting for it to be taken out . The md says that I have a 50/50 chance of going into labor or going home and then going into labor. Baby is doing well though.
I'm afraid of falling. Like tripping over something and falling.

@bossyfnp WOW! thats crazy. Have you have any bleeding at all? So you may have baby any time! How many weeks at you again? They said they would send you home at 5-6cm if you don't go into labor? Thats crazy! Do you live close to the hospital at least? Best of luck to you, I hope everything goes well!! Keep up updated, I would love to see a pick if you have the baby!

Thanks,37+2. I didn't gave any bleeding just occasional pinching feeling. The cerclage is out......not fun...I do live about 15 min away. The nurse that check me says I may just be between 4-5,80%effaced but really soft and stretchy. I'm being observe and we shall see!

Good afternoon, ladies! Now that I'm off bed rest I have been putting in some serious work around the house so I have been MIA.

@Roses: Will they check you for progression tomorrow or just NST? Let us know how it goes!

@bossy: How far along are you again? What a surprise your appointment must have been! Wishing you a quick and easy removal. Fill us in on how it goes. Wishing you luck!

I slept well last night. No major milestones today...I had an appointment on Tuesday and was only 2.5 cm dilated! My body is doing the exact opposite of what everyone thought it would do.

I'm afraid of losing someone close to me and always have been. I blame it on Land Before Time and Bambi. Seeing those movies must have been scarring as a child, otherwise I have no idea where the root of that fear comes from. Strange!

@jandm524 I actually have been going two times a week to see my ob and also have a nst each time. I think she thought I would go quickly and wants to catch it (since baby is breech), but I am still pregnant. That and my BP and been starting to go up so she has been watching that as well. She has been checking me EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in!! Its very annoying. Part of me wants to refuse one of the two a week but the other part thinks well what if I am dilating, my baby is breech and it makes me nervous to go into labor. So I just let her check me. I was still 1 cm and thin on tuesday which I have been since 34 weeks. We will see what I am tomorrow though. I am antsy to meet this baby though! She made it sound like it will be soon because of my BP.

@Roses: Wow, that's a lot of checks! I think I would be the same way as you regarding refusing them. With my luck the one time I ask to pass I would be dilated to like a 4.

No progress since 34w is pretty good so you'd think your doc would be able to get you in before you go into labor; of course you never know and I understand why you'd be nervous about going into labor before your surgery. Did you get your section date? How exciting that you're team green! I wish I was less neurotic so I could do that but I'm too much of a planner.
