FF baby only eats laying flat

My 10.5 week old prefers having her bottle only laying flat on her back. I don't know why. She will let us hold her sometimes for half her feeding but then she starts screaming and crying until we lay her down to finish the rest. She does have bad gas pains and we give her mylicon and gripe water plus she has silent reflux.
Has anyone experienced this? I feel like I can't even leave the house if she might need to eat and I can't feed her because all she will do is scream.

    We feed lo in specific positions that we learned from a speech language pathologist after doing a feeding evaluation (for breathing problems). I'd check in with the pedi to see if they have any recommendations and to ensure it it's just preferance and not a sign of an issue (or if it is, to catch out early).
