Hello & another stroller question

Hi ladies! I've been lurking and getting some great info from you guys! I have an 18 month old and am expecting another in April. (21 months apart) My question is- has anyone used the Contours® Options LT Tandem stroller? I've been dying for the city select but it's not in the budget, this looks like a cheaper comparable option? The seats aren't directly behind one another, you can move the seats, fits our car seat, etc. Any opinions or experience would be appreciated!
