Wedding Attire- need help.

I just got done talking to my soon-to-be SIL. We were discussing what C would wear to their wedding in April. She said anything teal or fuschia (wedding colors) and she would love her to be in something over-the-top. Ruffles, tulle, rhinestones, etc. Bridesmaids are wearing teal. STB SIL wanted me to get her outfit by the end of this weekend.

I have no clue where to start. I was at the mall today and looked at gymboree, h&m, crazy 8 and carters, and nada.

I do have this dress, it was handmade and meant for her birthday, but I'm thinking maybe this could work?

Am I over thinking this? Can anyone direct me to a website or store that would have nice frilly dresses? Something under 40$. I also need a dress too, so if anyone can find me somewhat matching mom-daughter dresses, they'll get bonus points.

Are you on Zulily? They usually have over the top frilly outfits on there for cheap.

If you need it quickly maybe check out local markets? Our farmers markets have awesome handmade tutu dresses.

That's cute and all, but I don't think it matches that description you brought up. It's not as formal as what your SIL suggested.

Not dark enough, but it is cute!

@nykkolaughs thanks a bunch, I really like the blue petal one- that could definitely work.

@cl8badb I'm not that upset to get it this far out- their wedding is less than 3 months away, and not worried about sizing.
