  Congrats, mama! Keep pumping...the milk will come. I remember pumping for 20 min at a time right after the twins were born and getting like 4 drops. Hang in there.

  Thanks! My left side has been the winner and was producing 1-3 ml each time, right side is shy and doesn't produce any yet. Last two times I got nothing from either. Just going to keep it up and hopefully if they get to come in with me I can feed them more often which should help.

  Started TTC 2009 with RE after 6 months.  

  Clomid + Trigger x2; 

  IUI + Femara x1,

  IUI + Follistim x2;

  IVF #1 (MDL) February 2013- BFN.

  IVF #2 (antagonist) May 2013, First BFP of my life.

  Congratulations momma! Keep on pumping! Make sure you drink tons of water and keep your calorie intake up also, I found it helpful to put some lanolin on the flanges for the first few months of pumping to keep the nips happy

  Congrats!!!!! Hang in there it'll at least feel better somewhat soon just don't over do it with lifting or anything. Milk will come in in time just keep doing what your doing.

  Married: 5/09 ~ TTC Since: 10/10 ~ PCOS ~ Progesterone from 10/10 - 2/11 ~ HSG on 3/18 - Clear ~ Started Metformin 1000mg & Clomid 50mg 2/11 ~ Metformin upped to 1500mg 4/6 ~ 6/7 Now going to SG and put on Clomid, Ovidrel, Gonal F, Prometrium, Estrace ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP!!!!!! March 6th our little man was born. 

  6/17/13 - Ovidrel, Follistim, Prometrium ~ IUI #1 7/2 = BFP! March 17th our St. Pattys day baby arrived

  10/29/17 - Started process for IVF, got pregnant & miscarried a 2nd time since summer. 2/22 started stims - Menopur, Gonal F, Cetrotide - retrieval 3/6 - , PIO, estrace 3xday - FET 4/18 = Beta 1: 616; Beta 2: 1342 = BFP

  Keep pumping! It took 4ish days for me to start producing more than a drop or two after my csection and early delivery.
  So glad the boys are almost ready to room in with you - fantastic!

  Married 8/2008. IVF with PGD March 2013.
  3/22 ER: 25R, 20M, 15F. 9 genetically normal, and 3 survived to Day 5
  3/27 ET: transferred 1 embryo, beta 9dp5dt=163, 12dp5dt=639
  4/25 1st ultrasound at 7 weeks = identical twins with heartbeats?!!!

  PPROM at 31w, delivery at 32 weeks of two beautiful girls

  With the pumping, it will be slow going at first. Just colostrum. Once your milk comes in it will be slow pumping for the first week or so. Your body knows the tiny tummies are only the size of a marble in the beginning

  
  

  Best thing for pumping is a distraction. Trashy TV, magazines, anything to get the focus away from the pump. It is like watching a pot of water on the stove.

  Congratulations, Mama! Definitely work with a LC if you are interested in nursing. It's normal for it to take some time for your milk to come in. I hope your boys are out of the NICU and with you soon!

  I 've had 3 c-sections and my milk came in on the 4th day each time, just in time to be discharged. Don't let the nurses stress you out if the babies have a weight loss and your milk hasn't come in quite yet. It just takes a little time.

  Congratulations again. Keep pumping, remember you're early but they'll feel like rocks any day now. Sorry to hear about the pain. Stay on top if those meds, it helps. I'm soooooo happy for ya. Hope those two handsome guys are in your room in no time

  Yay! Congrats Mama!!

  MF (low motility) - Began stims for IVF#1 7/21/12
