DELISH. I actually make Indian 1-2x a week and we've stopped going out for it. I think mine is better, seriously. I make a tikka malasa that is kick butt, better than any Indian restaurant I've been to. Indian can be time consuming to make, but so worth it.
We ate leftover pizza and then i tossed back a couple of Hostess cupcakes for good measure. I had a few days of stomach flu last week so I have to replenish!
We had leftovers tonight. Also, DH has decided that he is going to take over cooking, so that is just awesome. He cooks, I clean, life's good. Wonder what we're having tomorrow
Butter chicken is probably in my top 5 foods. The toughest thing about moving from a major metro area to a rural one (7 years ago but I'm still whining) is the food. No Thai, no Indian, no sushi. Only Mexican is Taco Bell-ish. All the Chinese is buffets. And I was in one of the top top food cities in the country before that. Blah.
Tonight will be my DH and DS's favorite dinner night..... Hamburger Helper. LOL I only cook it once in a while, but tonight I don't have it in me to make anything else. And seriously they LOVE it.

That sounds so good. I wish my DS would eat something. He's so picky lately.
Mine refuses meat. But if it's "hidden in the noodles" he eats it.

I'm going shopping tomorrow to restock our pantry.
OaD August siggy challenge- fav show that's off the air:
Last night we had this: https://www.tasteofhome.com/recipes/stuffed-pepper-soup It requires some doctoring (extra spices, etc) but it's tasty and warm and makes a ton.
Tonight is pork roast in the crockpot with a can of cranberry sauce and a packet of onion soup mix.
