Cute way to announce baby's sex on phone?

Our big ultrasound is tomorrow! If we are able to find out the baby's sex, we will have to tell everyone on the phone because all of our family and friends are out of state (not for long, I'm moving home in 2 weeks!!). There's no way I can keep it a secret that long to tell them in person plus most of them finally picked it out of me that the ultrasound is this week, I just chose to still keep the actual date a secret.
Any creative ideas for announcing the baby's sex over the phone rather than just the obvious, "We're having a boy/girl"?
I thought about seeing if I can get our 2 year old son to say ultrasound and baby girl or baby boy on the phone to my mom, but I'm not sure how without her hearing me telling him what to say which kinda defeats the purpose of letting her hear it from him. I had the idea over the weekend, so the last couple of days every now and then I'll just ask him if he can say ultrasound and baby girl or baby boy, and he's able to say it all, which is really cute! But if I can get him to, it would be so cute because they love talking on the phone to each other. What do you girls think?

If it's a girl take a pic of your whooha, if it's a boy take a pic of DH weiner...
Send the pic with a msg, that says... "It's a girl/boy."
LMAO....Tomorrow is our big u/s and I'm getting mental pictures.
We live out of state from the majority of our friends and family as well, and will probably call and tell our parents over the phone (no creative ideas though, sorry) and I am trying to come up with a cute way to announce it to the rest of our family and friends via our blog.
If I think of any cute over the phone ideas, I'll let you know!

Could you send them a package or an e-mail and instruct them to open it with you on the phone??
Maybe you could have your son say something like I'm thinking pink or my favorite color is blue. Ok. Lame. Sorry.?

hmmm...not sure about how to do it creatively over the phone. ?my family (as well as DH's) live outside of the state also...its going to be REALLY hard, but i'm planning on not telling them the day of, but mailing a puzzle i will pre make (minus the "answer" until the day i receive the news of course) and package creatively so they have to work for it a little...i'm thinking the puzzle will have boy and girl stuff on it and say "boy...girl...boy...girl" and the last piece will be the answer, which i have to some how put in a different envelope that says "open me last" (which i'm sure they'll open first if i do that so i'm not sure how i'm going to swing it). ?thought maybe about putting the puzzle in a chinese take-out box (blue and pink to mix it up and confuse everyone) and then have the final puzzle piece in a large paper fortune cookie. ?

maybe you could put the answer on your answering machine and call you mom/dad - pretend to get another call and ask them to call you right back but don't answer and it could be something funny/cute recorded on your machine...
